Carla: Office Manager
With 15 years of experience in the field, I have developed a deep passion for dentistry and the positive impact it has on patients' lives. As a proud Texas native, I am fortunate to have found my home at Daybreak Dental, where I've been helping patients achieve optimal oral health for over a year. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, exploring new shopping spots, and discovering local restaurants. My mission at Daybreak Dental is to ensure every patient has a remarkable experience and leaves with a smile.
Angie: Insurance and Billing Coordinator
Angie was born and raised in Kyle, TX. After graduation, she decided to continue her education through Texas State to become a dental assistant. After 4 years of dental assisting, the opportunity arose to switch to a front desk position. She gave it a shot and found another love in the administrative side of dentistry. Her day-to-day job is now completely different than when she first entered the dental field, but she loves what she does! She always tries to be clear and thorough when explaining treatment plans or insurance to patients. Our patients comfort is her number one priority and she prides herself in being a consistent, welcoming face at the office.
When Angie is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her 3 cats who run the show at home. She also enjoys spending time visiting her parents, fishing, and shopping around Austin.
Jodie: Sterile Tech
Jodie is our sterile tech. Her job consists of setting up rooms for procedures, sterilizing all instruments, as well as cleaning and sterilizing the rooms after each patient. Organization plays a huge part in her role as all equipment must be ready to go to keep the schedule flowing. Jodie takes pride in ensuring all the behind-the-scenes work follows all safety protocols. It makes her feel good to know she is doing her part in protecting the health of our patients.
Jodie was born and raised in Austin where she resides with her 8 month old. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, fishing, and going on nature walks. You’ll find her spending time with friends and family and staying active with her church on her days off.
Christine: Hygienist
I was born and raised in New York City and educated as a dental hygienist. I'm passionate about promoting oral health and making patients feel comfortable and cared for. Outside of work, I enjoy hobbies like traveling, cooking, calligraphy, decorating, reading, and exploring new restaurants. I also love spending time with family and friends, discovering new experiences, and staying active in my community.
Jewel: RDA
As a dental assistant, I'm here to make sure every patient has what they need for a comfortable and well-organized visit. I'm passionate about dentistry and enjoy learning something new every day. Outside of work, I love fitness, art, and the outdoors. Bringing that energy and creativity into everything I do.
Krissa: RDA
I graduated from UT Austin with a degree in Biology. I have a deep passion for providing the utmost care to every patient I meet. I'm dedicated to creating a positive, comfortable experience and love being part of a team that truly makes a difference in people's lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new spots around Austin, and cooking fun meals at home.
Kristian: RDA
I'm a Registered Dental Assistant with over 8 years of experience, originally from San Antonio and a graduate of the College of Health Care Professions. I have a true passion for dentistry and love building meaningful connections with my patients. Helping people feel confident in their smiles is what drives me every day. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my children, exploring all that Austin has to offer, and discovering great food spots around the city.
