With 15 years of experience in the field, I have developed a deep passion for dentistry and the positive impact it has on patients' lives. As a proud Texas native, I am fortunate to have found my home at Daybreak Dental, where I've been helping patients achieve optimal oral health for over a year. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family, exploring new shopping spots, and discovering local restaurants. My mission at Daybreak Dental is to ensure every patient has a remarkable experience and leaves with a smile.

Jackie: Front Office Coordinator
Jackie has been working in the dental field for four years, beginning her career in orthodontics and developing a strong passion for the profession. She enjoys expanding her knowledge across different areas of dentistry and is always eager to learn new skills and departments. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring new places throughout the Austin area.
Billing Staff
Miranda: Insurance Billing Specialist
Miranda is our Insurance Billing Specialist and brings 9 years of experience in the dental field. Over the years, she has worked in both clinical and administrative roles, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and dental insurance. She has extensive experience with insurance verification, claims processing, payment posting, appeals, and account management. Miranda enjoys helping patients and providers navigate the insurance process while ensuring accounts are handled accurately and efficiently. She takes pride in her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, playing video games together, reading a good book, and binge-watching her favorite Netflix shows.

As a dental assistant, I'm here to make sure every patient has what they need for a comfortable and well-organized visit. I'm passionate about dentistry and enjoy learning something new every day. Outside of work, I love fitness, art, and the outdoors. Bringing that energy and creativity into everything I do.
Krissa
I graduated from UT Austin with a degree in Biology. I have a deep passion for providing the utmost care to every patient I meet. I'm dedicated to creating a positive, comfortable experience and love being part of a team that truly makes a difference in people's lives. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new spots around Austin, and cooking fun meals at home.
Lex
With four years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, my top priority is ensuring that every patient receives top-tier care in a warm, welcoming environment. There is nothing more rewarding to me than helping patients feel at ease and making sure they leave our office with a healthy, confident smile. When I'm not by the chairside, I love connecting with nature whether I’m out exploring local hiking trails or cultivating new life in my garden. I bring that same patience, care, and dedication back into the clinic every day to help our patients achieve their best smiles
Support Staff
Jodie: Sterile Tech
Jodie is our sterile tech. Her job consists of setting up rooms for procedures, sterilizing all instruments, as well as cleaning and sterilizing the rooms after each patient. Organization plays a huge part in her role as all equipment must be ready to go to keep the schedule flowing. Jodie takes pride in ensuring all the behind-the-scenes work follows all safety protocols. It makes her feel good to know she is doing her part in protecting the health of our patients.
Jodie was born and raised in Austin where she resides with her 8 month old. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, fishing, and going on nature walks. You’ll find her spending time with friends and family and staying active with her church on her days off.
Rand: Hygiene Assistant
I’m Rand! My passion for dentistry began in middle school in Iraq and led me to earn my dental degree there. I am currently working as a Hygiene Assistant while pursuing my goal of becoming a dentist in the United States. I love helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing patients leave with healthier smiles and greater confidence. I look forward to helping make your dental experience a positive one!
