SEDATION DENTISTRY

We know that going to the dentist isn’t everyone’s favorite thing to do. In fact, many Americans experience dental anxiety—extreme nervousness at the thought of getting in the dentist’s chair that can make the experience much more stressful than it should be.

Our sedation dentistry makes visiting the dentist easier. Whether you have severe or mild dental anxiety, we have three different sedation options available to make your experience with us as comfortable as possible.

Sedation mask

LAUGHING GAS

Our laughing gas is administered through a mask that’s worn over the nose during your procedure. You’ll be able to breathe normally, but with the benefit of the calming effects of laughing gas helping your mind and body rest easy.

Laughing gas is very effective in use, but is still mild enough that you won’t feel any residual effects after the procedure is over. You’ll be ready to drive yourself and carry on with your day immediately!

ORAL CONSCIOUS

You can also experience the same benefits of laughing gas without the mask if you choose to use our oral conscious sedation option. By taking a pill a few minutes before your procedure, you’ll be able to feel less stressed and more confident during your time with us.

Oral conscious sedation means being extremely relaxed, but not at the point of falling asleep—though you will need someone to drive you home from your appointment. Regardless of what treatment you’re having, you won’t experience discomfort or nervousness with the help of oral conscious sedation!
